Hey guys...hope you're well and enjoying the spring light. We'd like to thank everyone who came out to our recent Pftr concert at the brilliant Beehive in Honiton on April 17th. It was great meeting up with lots of old friends who came to share a wonderful evening together. We look forward to coming back to Devon soon. We have put up some photos and video from the concert on our gallery page as well as across our socials. The band will also be returning to the wonderful Acorn Theatre, Penzance on October 23rd. We hope you can join us as the band are only doing a couple of performances this year. Domenic will also be performing at his first Colourscape event of the year in Bath from May 23rd - 29th. See below for all concert and ticket information. We'd like to thank you all for reaching out about upcoming concerts and buying our music.. We have updated our online web store, with a few more older albums, now available via our page only. Thanks also for all the kind words about our various videos and photos we've recently shared, via our YouTube pages, our gallery and across our other platforms.

Thank you so much for all the early orders and wonderful response to the album and as always for your support as it helps us keep making music available. We encourage the use of our links where possible, as the money comes directly to us. Thx for the extra thought. Add us to your playlists and help spread the word.
At the album's core is the Cretan Laouto (long-necked lute) with masterful rhythmic precision and deep melancholic phrasing. Drawing inspiration from our surrounding nature, his personal healing journey and the quiet moments of life, the collection of pieces features a rich, immersive listening experience with the weaving together of acoustic instruments such as the Cretan Laouto and Outi, Native American flutes, acoustic guitar, voice, percussion and cello. His approach with the album's production by recording the main themes of the songs live, allows the organic tones of the instruments to shine, creating a tranquil soundscape designed for meditation or simply finding stillness in a busy world.

During the summer of 2025, Domenic was invited to perform at the beautiful River Stone Gathering on Dartmoor at the end of August. Such a pleasure being part of this wonderful event. He also had the honour of playing flute during the Peaceflame ceremony, hosted by Chris Ellis during the Stainsby festival. You can see video of this on his YouTube page, as well as photos and other videos in our gallery section and on our various social media pages... enjoy!
Domenic continues to archive past video footage, an anthology of sorts on the history of Praying for the Rain. He is currently putting together collections of rare films of performances, interviews and travels through the years, which he hopes to release in a documentary type form.. We'll keep you updated as time goes along. For now, we've uploaded a selection of new photos and videos on our various sites... so check out our gallery as well as our social media pages;
